Mark has a deeply-set relationship with Brian, and has loved him since they became best friends at the age of eight. As they grew older, though, he began to realize just what his Christian family's values meant, and now tries to be distant whenever they're in the company of others. He's never seen without his heavy cross earrings, but other than those things, he shows none of the "Christianity" his parents have tried to instill in him. |
Brian | |

Brian, of the blonde-cum-blue hair, was raised very freely. He lives with his mother in a very... not-cluttered place. As in, Feng Shui-ed. It has a weird effect on his personality. He's always sad that Mark won't ever acknowledge their relationship, but still forges on with it and spends a lot of his time "defending Mark-kun's manliness".
He also speaks fangirl Japanese, as he's an amateur anime fan. And yes, he does know the deep-seated meaning of "ai shiteiru". |
Natsumi | |

Natsumi... is quite a character. Her family is twisted, and as such, she's twisted as well. It took a lot of effort to dye that dark brown hair a light pink, and thus, she's quite proud of it. She's the information guide, Brian's best friend, the plot-pusher, and the runaround. She Knows everything first. But mostly, she's just a pushy friend who gets her way a lot, if only because it's funnier. |
Nicolas | |

...Nicolas. Can't say much about Nicolas yet. He sort of appeared one day and wanted to stay. I dunno what to do with him. |
Sheila | |

New Age, Feng Shui, Tarot cards. This is what you think of when you think of Sheila. She's Brian's mother, and an odd one at that. She kicked his father out of the house a couple years after Brian was born, because he wasn't what she thought a father should be. ...in fact, he was rather cruel. So it's a good thing he's gone.
The most important little factlet about her is that she's very tolerant. Of everything. |
